Our tenth anniversary has arrived at a challenging time. Whether concerning migration, occupation, or the widespread threat of increased surveillance, the COVID-19 crisis intersects with existing patterns of state violence, aggravating human rights issues, and necessitating a change in the focus and methods of our investigative practice.
